覘板使用流程
In the new kitchen chopping system, knife can be fixed in the spy-board, such as general office paper cutter. Then we can clearly know the location of the blade will falls by the py board tips slip lines.This will help us in cutting small strips or the small tilting of the kitchen work.
The traditional way to hold a knife, is not easy to suppress. when cutting into small pieces in the ingredients.
In addition to this method , are there any other hand to avoid cutting accident.

Placed the plate on the left side ,
used to dress the ingredients ready to cut
Placed the plate on the right side ,
used to dress the strips or tilting ready to cook.
Plate can be incorporated together with the
target plate by the latch.
The target plate is designed for right handed and left-handed use, the functional with the appearance. Because of the pattern symmetrical ,the both sides of the slope just under the formation of a triangular shape as the latch, and also form a product unique Visual vocabulary
